All follow-up visits will automatically be scheduled for 30 minutes, but we can extend your visit to 60 minutes upon request or based on necessity.

• Follow-up                          $150    (30 minutes)

• Extended Follow Up        $300     (60 minutes)

We are able to accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Medicare insurances. We are considered Out-of-Network for all other insurances, including Tricare. If you would like to be seen regardless of network status, full payment would be due at the time of service. We can provide you with a "Superbill" that you can file with your insurance company for possible reimbursement, but this is not guaranteed. Please check with your insurance company for specifics regarding your plan or if this reimbursement is possible.

Especially in present times, we understand that many people have lost jobs, income, and employment-based insurance. If needed, we can look into alternative payment methods, payment plans, or delayed payments.
